Custom support rates apply to all services requested through our web site that are not classified as emergency support. Custom dedicated server support is billed in quarter hour increments with a one (1) hour minimum for all support requests. YourGeekSupport, at its discretion, may provide discounts, ranging from 5-25%, for single support request totaling $2500.00 or more or for preferred clients. We will notify you of any possible discounts at the time of your order. To take advantage of discounts, we urge you to bundle your support requests into a single order.
